In this file you are asked to listen to a metronome, and are converted into a little musical doll during the trance. You will also be asked to put yourself back into trance as well. There is some fractionation involved as I bring you in and out of trance.
There is a trigger to go into trance whenever you hear other metronomes when it is safe and appropriate, and it's meant to last after the session.
This time I don't start off the file with any warnings, I go straight into it.
I don't have a script for this one, because I ad-libbed it all the way in one sitting, and this does not translate well to text anyway.
